Come Recommended- founded by career expert and entry-level careers examiner, Heather Huhman- is an exclusive online community connecting the best internship and entry-level job candidates with the best employers, only allowing participation from members who come highly recommended. Employers can review these recommendations before deciding whether to pursue a candidate further, saving human resources managers time and money.

Great addition, Caroline. Heather Huhman (www.comerecommended.com) provides an invaluable job lead service for young professionals and should have been on my initial list. Will definitely be on the updated one next month.
